Advanced Upgrade

The Advanced Upgrade pathway is a comprehensive plan focused on broader work scopes than the Home Upgrade pathway. Improvements typically start by focusing on the building shell but often include installing new systems (heating, cooling and water heaters), replacing ductwork, upgrading to dual-pane/low-E windows and more.

Possible incentives for homeowners include:

• Amount available – $1000 to $4,500
• Potential energy savings – Average of 10% to 45%
