The Diamond Performance Guarantee:

If there is ever a dispute regarding an unmet expectation, service or simple misunderstanding, we have several options that allow all parties involved to reach an agreement. Typically, disputes are successfully resolved by referring to the contract, as well as industry standards. However, if a disagreement cannot be resolved in this manner, our mediator can work with you to help you reach an agreeable resolution. If our mediator is unable to assist you in this process as a result of contract violations, sub-industry-standard services or inability to participate in good faith, we will happily refund you up to $1,000 of the purchase price.

In order to utilize this guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You purchased products and/or services from a company that was Diamond Certified at the time of the purchase.
• You attempted to directly resolve the dispute/disagreement with the company in question.
• You notified us of the issue within six months of the date of purchase or within six months of the contract violation.
• You do not have any other complaints, either past or current, against the company in question.
• You are willing to allow the company the opportunity to correct the issue.
